"Nod and Jc are the best I have delt with no matter how busy there are they will take time to make sure your order is complete.I was having trouble with my wifes bike (rear caliper locking up as we were going down the hi-way) no answer at service but Nod said he was very busy but would be closing in a little while and asked if he needed to go grab a trailer,needless to say we made it back. the point is Nod does not know me except through parts department but was offering help for a fellow biker.Jc has ordered many parts for me and has follow up on all orders . I have been through service a couple of times and they are allways trying to do the best they can (real promt service) and lets not forget the ladies , I do not think there has been a time that I walked through and not been greeted or asked if I need help,NOW if we can just get all the prices down it would be PERFECT thanks for our harley store yes there is nicer stores but I dopnt think you get what you get at gainesville harley davidson"

"I want to thank Gainesville Harley Davidson for their support with my ride. (Art’s Ride to Support the Troops of Alachua County)
My ride started at Gainesville Harley in Gainesville, Florida with a send off and photo shoot that was announced on their website, then off to California. Along the way I stopped at Harley dealers to have my mileage checked and recorded and e-mailed to Gainesville Harley. In California I participated in the Run to the Wall for the ride to Washington, DC where I then participated in Rolling Thunder. On my way back to Florida I again stopped for mileage checks. The total ride was 7733 miles.
Gainesville Harley posted my daily actives and mileage on their website and announced my return date for another gathering to welcome me home. With the efforts and support of Jim Mahaffey, General Manager, and Chuck Dalba, Marketing Director, my seven thousand plus ride to support our troops was a total success.
